Yes. All products from Bestnew come with a 15-day limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects only.

2. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:

  • Factory defects
  • Non-functional parts due to manufacturing issues
  • Product not working out of the box (with proof)

3. What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Damage caused by misuse or accidental drops
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

4. How do I raise a warranty claim?

To raise a claim, contact us via WhatsApp and share:

  • Order number
  • Issue details
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

5. Is a parcel opening video required?

Yes. A parcel opening video is mandatory for all warranty and defect-related claims.

6. How long does it take to process a warranty claim?

Once the defect is verified, a replacement will be sent within 7 working days.

7. Do you offer refunds for warranty claims?

No. Warranty claims are eligible only for replacement, not refunds.

8. Do I need to return the defective item?

Yes. After verifying your claim, our team will arrange a pickup for the defective product.

9. Who pays for the return shipping?

Bestnew covers all return and replacement shipping costs for approved warranty claims.

10. How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is 15 days from the delivery date.

11. What if the issue occurs after the warranty period?

Issues reported after the warranty window are not eligible for replacement or warranty service.
