1. Do you ship across India?
Yes! Bestnew ships to all locations across India through our trusted courier partners.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
3. Is shipping free?
✔ Free prepaid shipping on all orders above ₹299.
✔ ₹49 shipping fee for orders below ₹299.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for orders above ₹399. A ₹49 COD handling fee applies on all COD orders.
5. How long does shipping take?
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your delivery location.
6. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed within 0–1 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
7. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s tracking page.
8. My tracking shows no updates. What should I do?
Tracking may take 12–24 hours to start updating. If there is still no update after 48 hours, contact us for assistance.
9. What if my order is delayed?
Delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather issues, holidays, or remote locations. We appreciate your patience and will assist you if needed.
10. Can I change my address after placing an order?
Yes, you may request an address change **before the order is shipped**. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.
11. Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?
No. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
12. What happens if I am not available during delivery?
Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the parcel is returned due to non-acceptance, return charges will be deducted from the refund for prepaid orders.
13. What if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours with a parcel opening video. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verification.
