1. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to all locations across India using trusted courier partners.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free prepaid shipping on all orders above ₹299. For orders below ₹299, a ₹49 shipping fee applies.

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for orders above ₹399. A nominal ₹49 COD handling fee applies to all COD orders.

4. How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days depending on the delivery location.

5. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your package directly through the courier partner’s website.

6. How do I cancel my order?

7. Can I cancel after my order is shipped?

No, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

8. What if my product arrives damaged?

We take full responsibility for transit damage. A parcel opening video is mandatory for claims. Contact us within 24 hours for assistance.

9. What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong item, send us a parcel opening video within 24 hours. We will arrange pickup and send the correct product at no cost.

10. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered only if the order has not been dispatched. Once shipped, refunds are not possible.

11. How long do refunds take?

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

12. Do you offer exchanges?

No, we currently do not offer product exchanges.

13. Is there a warranty on products?

Yes, all products come with a 15-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.

14. What if a prepaid order is returned due to non-acceptance?

Return shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
